I came to Dr Meneghini in June 2020 after doing extensive research into finding the absolute best orthopedic surgeon and he is exactly that! I had been in severe pain & could barely walk after another surgeon did a hip revision on me in Aug 2019 that went very bad . I felt like my quality of life was not good at all and I was unable to do the things I loved. Dr Meneghini did a hip revision with a custom implant and that was 6 weeks ago and my life has been given back already! I am walking! Dr Meneghini made sure my pain after surgery was controlled very well . His staff is very friendly and ALWAYS very prompt to respond to any concerns when I called! I would highly recommend Dr Meneghini and staff 100% and even though I live 2 hrs away I would never go to anyone else!

Everyone that I had contact with at Saxony was so helpful and made me feel at ease. So glad that I was able to use the surgery center instead of a hospital stay. Hip SurgeryI was recommended to see Dr. Meneghini for both of my TKR’s. Nov 18, 2020 I received my 1st on my Right knee. I’m 4 weeks out & my knee internally I’m aware has months of healing, however, my incision as of a week ago per my P.T. states it is healed and the best they’re seen. As I’m sitting in lobby for PT 6 other TKR patients waiting on therapy were chatting about progress & I sat down & was asked how far out are you? I replied 3 weeks. They couldn’t believe my knee looked healed or that I walked into PT with a cane not a walker. I also was the Only patient without Staples. They asked who my surgeon was & I shared name & #. I’m attending P.T. 3 weekly & faithfully doing my exercises throughout the day as prescribed. If I had realized this would have gone so well, I would have seen him 6 years ago. Cannot say enough about Dr. Meneghini and his team of professionals from the office to the surgical team. Expertise without arrogance and to me that is Vital. They perform this surgery day in day out, but this is My 1st surgery on My knee so their compassion, understanding where I’m coming from and listening to my goals after surgery were crucial and they did not disappoint. Once this knee heals I will return for my LTKR. A last note, the Twistle app I’m impressed this team sends out messages to you Prior to surgery as needed to ensure you either take a medication or get required testing and for after surgery that you’re taking required medication etc. When I shared with PT they had not heard of this but said it is brilliant for ease of communication and ensuring patient is on task. Right Total Knee ReplacementDr. Meneghini did both of my Dads knee replacements and so I decided to go to him for mine and I couldn’t be happier. He has not only mastered his skill but he’s got great bedside manners and is very encouraging. It’s obvious he cares although he’s a very busy surgeon. I highly recommend him & his staff and IU Saxony. The nurses give great care.

Total Knee ReplacementDr Meneghini gave me my freedom back…I am 3 weeks out from my second hip replacement in 5 months…right hip in August 2019 and left hip December 2019…I can now walk without a cane I was using for months up until.my second surgery…he is the most amazing surgeon by far…I would and will recommend Dr Meneghini…he is worth the 3 hour drive
